I had been in constant search of the perfect pair of gladiator sandals when I stumbled upon Stuart Weitzman's versions. I contemplated long and hard and then some when I stumbled upon this blog post here and the light bulbs all went off. I got to thinking, why not make my own as well?! I already had the basic black sandals I had bought a while back from Zara. To me, this was A SIGN! I have never attempted a DIY before until now and despite the fact it took me about two weeks to complete, for reasons I am not ready to disclose (procrastination), I would definitely try my hand at another DIY project. Hope you lovlies are having an amazing week and let me know what you think of my entire DIY look. No it's not a romper, it's a tank and shorts, incase you missed that...

First off, I wouldn't be bringing you guys this post if it wasn't allll thanks to my mom, so... I'd like to say Happy Mother's Day!! Second, it was all a coincidence I decided to throw on both Alexanders at the same time, so I might just have to read the omens and name my first son Alexander...:/ ;) I spent the day with family of course, had some amazing crème brulee stuffed French toast <3 Breakfast is my fav mealof the day btw. How did you guys spend the day?? Hope you guys had a fab weekend and Sunday!

I wore this look for my lil sis' B-Day outings. She starts high school so the day was basically filled with shopping, mostly for her...but of course I cannot resist if I see something fab for myself:) Once again I cannot hide my ongoing love affair with Black & Gold, and all things studded, seems I'm having simultaneous love affairs lately :s ! I love the details on both the top and jeans, the studs around the neckline and the gold zippers respectively. These heels you have seen them many times. They are uber comfortable and very versatile. It's one of those things you say "I should have bought two of" haha. Hope your having an amaze weekend!

It was a pretty hot day today...but rather successful. I had a really cool photo session with my friend and photographer Hans, and we got some really cool shots. Can't wait to share them with you!! Despite the heat I pulled off this look with the blazer. It just completed the look which was probably why I waited until late evening to go run my errands. Earlier in the day I went running outdoors and almost didn't make it back home. I thought I'll just run as far as I can get no need to save energy (I can always call someone to come pick me up) haha Training is all about pushing yourself to your limits! Back to the post, the top I got at a random store in a local mall ages ago and just pulled it out my closet. Again I'm wearing a combination of gold&black which as you know by now is a fav of mine:) Hope you're enjoying your weekend!
