I spent the day with my sister Gloss&Style running around getting things done. In sunny Miami, your best bet this time of year are shorts and light colors. Since it's been getting a little cooler, I decided to throw on this light (in both color and fabric) blazer I got at H&M about a year ago. Since simple and me don't go well, I had to add the statement necklace, which by the way I CANNOT get enough of. The finishing touch was my Jeffrey Campbell boots I try to use every chance I get. Since you will ponder...Victoria Park is an actual park which has become the staple location for taking pics. Hope you enjoy!

Sorry I've been MIA (Missing In Action)! I have been training for a half-marathon for a while now and only recently started to get really serious about it. I've actually been meaning to post these pics for some time now...actually shot them last week. What a crying shame! I scooped these boots up at the LF on Las Olas in Ft Lauderdale. I could not believe they were having such an amaze-balls sale. Given they were new and they immediately stole my heart I made them the focal point of this look:) Anyways, hope you enjoy;)

Despite the heat I pulled off this look with the blazer. It just completed the look which was probably why I waited until late evening to go run my errands. Earlier in the day I went running outdoors and almost didn't make it back home. I thought I'll just run as far as I can get no need to save energy (I can always call someone to come pick me up) haha Training is all about pushing yourself to your limits! Back to the post, the top I got at a random store in a local mall ages ago and just pulled it out my closet. Again I'm wearing a combination of gold&black which as you know by now is a fav of mine:) Hope you're enjoying your weekend!
