In Belize, where I was born and raised, we don't celebrate so much Spring as we do Easter. See, we are in the tropics and don't celebrate seasons, fortunately and unfortunately. So, when I was asked by a reader to give ideas of what to put together for that Caye (island) trip everyone so excitedly waits for, I was more than glad since here in Miami we're experiencing similar weather. Adding to last week's post of the not so basic shorts and cami combo, is the Romper/Playsuit. It's easy to pack and easy to wear. Something with a fun print like mine can be easily paired with fun, not so basic slippers, I call them, or wedges if you don't happen to be on an island. Accessories are kept to a minimal but a bright colored handbag will take you far through Spring and Summer. The most necessary is a classic but cool pair of sunglasses and don't forget a TAN!
